EPWA required the assistance of a communications and PR agency to assist in the launch of the grants including devising and implementing a cross-platform strategy to support the project such as brand concept development, website design and content creation, social media planning and activation, and media launch in consultation with the client, including relevant State Government ministers.
The results of the campaign included a media launch attended by all major media outlets, with coverage across TV and websites. Social media activation drove engagement to the client’s website, which recorded excellent time on site and engagement metrics. Support through social media strategy to achieve desired grant take-up targets is ongoing.
